RETURN & REFUND POLICY  - PVC BANNERS DIRECT LTD


If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call  08450 563372 for a Return Material Authorization request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will endevour to exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to PVC Banners Direct Ltd within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Material Authorization.

All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 25% open box restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

Items that have been used are not eligible for return. Our return policy does not apply to banner printing services or items that are custom built. Shipping costs are not refundable. The return must be shipped back to us at your cost, PVC Banners Direct Ltd cannot pay for return shipments.

If an item is found to be defective or is not as described please call  0844 800 8947  within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. PVC Banners Direct Ltd will ship out a replacement product or make arrangements at our discretion.

Cancellations will be refunded within 14 days of a cancellation being received, cancellations must be sent in writing to the company registered office, suite 336, 30 the downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1PX

Complaints will be refunded within 14 days of a well founded complaint being received, comlaints must be sent in writing to the company registered office, suite 336, 30 the downs, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1PX

Any refunds given, will be made within 14 days of authorization.
